I&B के संसदीय समिति के प्रमुख और BJP सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने कहा था कि पैनल मेटा को समन जारी करेगा क्योंकि इसके प्रमुख ने टिप्पणी की थी कि भारत की सत्ताधारी पार्टी पिछले साल लोकसभा चुनाव Lok Sabha elections हार गई थी।.. विवाद के बढ़ता देख कंपनी ने भारत से माफी मांग ली है.
