LIVE: London Election Results 2026
Londoners went to the polls on Thursday with local elections taking place in each of the 32 boroughs and some 1,800 councillors set to be elected.
Counts are happening in a number of boroughs with results expected this morning.
Other London councils will declare their results later on Friday, although three - Croydon, Lewisham and Tower Hamlets - are not counting until Saturday.
Mayoral elections are also taking place in five boroughs - Croydon, Hackney, Lewisham, Newham and Tower Hamlets - with those results expected on Friday.
Until this vote, Labour had 21 boroughs, the Conservatives had five, the Lib Dems had three, the Aspire Party had one and two were no overall control.
