Kutami Alliance (NDA) achieved a landslide victory with 164 out of 175 seats , broken down as:

Janasena Party (JSP): All 21 contested seats won
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP): 8 seats out of 10 contested
YSR Congress Party (YSRCP): The ruling party before the election suffered a dramatic fall, securing only 11 seats (down from 151 in the previous election)
INDIA Alliance (including INC, CPI(M), CPI) failed to win any seats
