Akola Lok Sabha Election 2024 Result

In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Anup Sanjay Dhotre of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won the Akola parliamentary seat with 457,030 votes, securing 38.96% of the vote share.
He defeated Abhay Kashinath Patil of the Indian National Congress (INC), who received 416,404 votes (35.50%).
The margin of victory was 40,626 votes, indicating a competitive race but a clear win for BJP.

This result underscores BJP’s continued strength in Akola, helping them maintain a foothold in this strategic Vidarbha constituency.
