Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says Donald Trump can absolutely beat Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential election.

“The question is if Trump is the nominee will the American people face a choice between Donald Trump and Joe Biden or will they look at this as a referendum on Donald Trump.”
