This close margin reflects a highly competitive constituency where even small shifts in voter sentiment can determine the outcome.

🔸 2019 and Earlier Results:
In the 2019 election, Subhash Bhamre (BJP) had won the seat with 613,533 votes (~57% vote share), defeating the INC candidate Kunalbaba Rohidas Patil.
In 2014, Bhamre again won with approximately 529,450 votes (~54% vote share), defeating his nearest rival by around 130,723 votes.
These results show that while Dhule had been a BJP stronghold, the 2024 election saw a swing back to the Congress, indicating changing local dynamics and voter priorities.
