Pakistan’s foreign minister has called India’s Modi the “butcher of Gujarat” after his counterpart accused Pakistan of being an “epicentre of terrorism” in a war of words at the United Nations. The exchange happened after the UN Security Council adopted a statement warning of increasing dangers of terrorism.
