The Nevada Secretary of State’s office is currently investigating more than 300 reports of potential voter fraud related to double voting in the 2024 general election.

According to a six-page quarterly investigations report released by Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar’s office, these complaints represent 0.02 percent of the ballots cast in November.

Of the 303 complaints received, five have been reviewed, with four resulting in a civil notice or non-violation.

Only one report has been referred to an outside agency for further review, while the remaining 298 cases are still open.
