The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) and the Landless People's Movement (LPM) are challenging the legality of last year's elections, specifically the extension of the voting period, as well as alleged irregularities in the election process.
Both the IPC and the LPM have complained about the legality of extending the elections. However, the IPC is seeking to nullify the entire election, while the LPM wants only the votes cast on 27 November to be valid.
