Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is under the Election Commission's radar after his serious accusations of "match-fixing" in the 2024 Maharashtra and Haryana elections.

🛑 The EC, however, called these claims “factually incorrect and misleading”, citing privacy laws and SC guidelines on why CCTV visuals cannot be stored for more than 45 days.
